Van, it didn't catch people by surprise because in the last Q's
conference call, DSC chairman mentioned that they are in the
process of making a decision in getting ride of it because they were
loosing money on it every Q. It is a good product but the market is
not ready for it yet. This sale is a definite plus in my opinion because
the company will be reporting better profits from their existing core
products in the future. I wish they wold have dumped NKT also.....
