If the price continues to go lower, you have to wonder what larger company would not see this as a cheap in to an international business. Very little domestic sales compared to others, so the FTC would not have a problem with the transaction.

The current capitalization is approximately 160 million based with 120 million in sales. The larger company issues a couple shares or drops a couple of bucks, and poof, their in the wireless communication business ready to sell to an international market.
