The move from being a Florida Corp. to a Delaware Corp. is primarily driven by taxes on profits I believe. (OTC/BB:NAMX - news) Thursday announced the formation of NAMX Energy Inc. (a Delaware corporation) as a wholly owned subsidiary. Deborah S. Peppers, president and chief operating officer, stated that NAMX Energy is the domestic exploration and production subsidiary of NAMX. ''The formation of NAMX Energy is the first event in the restructuring of the company to administer its two distinct businesses: (1) international application of its EM Sounder (GPR) technology, and (2) domestic oil/gas exploration and production,'' she said.
