Anthony Wood might sell. So what? An S-3 Registration was filed back on Jul 28 '97 for just over one million shares. The registration was part of acquisition agreements for both I-Band and FutureWave Software. Anthony Wood was a principal of I-Band, and as part of the acquisition was given these registration rights (as were the FutureWave people in their acquisition). Anthony Wood's part of that million shares was 474 thousand shares. If he was going to sell those, he probably already has. I didn't see any other filings in the Edgar database.

Why are you leaving a message that says Anthony Wood filed to sell 10,000 shares? First, that amount of shares is not significant. The average daily volume of Macromedia is 555,538 shares. Second, it's already known that he has been in a position to sell shares.

To find this info, all you have to do is look at the Edgar database. It's available on-line, and it's free if you use PointCast to get it.
