I was surprised that the pre-announcement of earnings (or at leasxt revenues), which apparently occurred at 1:22 ET had no effect on trading today up or down with only 8400 shares traded total.

I thought that the following statement

was very positive. This would represent a 50% expansion of the number of systems in this first quarter alone from the 97 systems reported today. The reagent stream on these should help the bottom line too.
