I think you're changing the issues here from the value of the company and its product (or lack of value), to issues I personally find distasteful and which are unrelated to the stock.

I read your prior note

It's my opinion that your revealing his professional information was unethical -- even though much of that information could be found publicly. I was shocked and amazed at the impropriety of your having posted that, against his wishes.

I feel it is particularly unethical that you do this while hiding behind a pseudonym.

Sometimes people use pseudonyms as a way of behaving in ways for which they don't want to be held accountable and in ways they'd be ashamed to behave if they were using their real names. Sometimes people behave in shameful ways with and without a pseudonym. I don't know which it is for you, but if I were to walk over to his office it would be to award him a medal for courage and excellent professional comportment.

Tokyo, in my opinion, if you have a good argument about the product and the company, and I think you do, you (and some others here) are doing it a disservice.
