Mark, interesting.... her bearishness does not seem to be time-bound. In the summer she gave her customers a sell signal close to the end of the drop, which caused it to go some more. She has maintained her sell signal in spite of a full recovery to previous highs and beyond. At this rate, if the market finally drops in mid-1997 she can still claim "victory", but that is hardly a good call, missed by roughly a year. It is already several months off-base.

Is she now saying a drop is imminent, or is she still saying, in effect... at some point in the future?
