Yes but I still do not get the offense... I understand that he should have come clean... considering his metaphoric Sir Galahad appropriation... OTOH.. especially with a couple more instances coming to light... the deliciousness of the irony is NOT lost on me ;) You know when kids pull their eyes into slits and call out ching ching Chinaman or non blacks use the N word.. I get it totally... OTOH it is completely lost on me why so many young black males think the N word has a kind of cachet when used amongst themselves.. as is dressing up in costume with appropriate makeup ... You know I also get it that Al Jolson's portrayal was offensive.. He made blacks look like caricatures... anyway I doubt this will make any significant sent in his numbers... Would be really surprised if it did.. Now if Sheer did it LOL
