We are upgrading the stock to Buy with a target price of $40.The supply/demand balance in the DRAM market appears to be changing. Although this process is in its early stages, it could result in eventual firmer pricing as supply is constricted and demand remains firm. MU would be the main beneficiary of such a trend. The company is the low-cost producer in the world. Finally, its subsidiary, Micron Electronics (MUEI) may also begin to see improved results due to a management change.
