Like I mentioned before, there is a difference between what companies/pr firms and investors consider "major" announcements. I'm
not sure what the announcement was (tho' I guess it was that an agreement was made in principle on price for Myriad).

At least some of the questions I had were answered (shares outstanding - 28M ... eps for 1997 - .10).

Be careful out there.
