This is the operative concept, three decades with nary a one. For three decades none were built. Why is that do you think; and even now it is being mostly financed by the right wing, and doing it in Georgia.

When the liberals take over in 2020 they will either shut that one down or put some heavy duty regulations on it.

The new liberals about to take over in 2020 will not be building any nuclear power plants!

And it isn't built yet and I doubt it ever will be.
