Since PJTV has 19.9 million shares and MHTX 60 million, there are 2.02 shares of MHTX for each PJTV share and at today's MHTX close of .58 that's about $1.17 worth of MHTX for each PJTV share. Seems like the market hasn't factored this in to the PJTV stock price yet.
