Hi Joe,

Thanks for all the great work! I wish I could convince you to hold off the next waves for another week as I will have year-end bonuses in hand to add the the "hard shares". I'm sure nobody else would like that, though. I have a feeling that I'll only be able to buy half as many shares late next week as compared to today.
