Just starting your DD ? 2 key points to know . 1. The compounds used are about 5 th generation light activated . First was Photofrin 60 % kill of cancers in the bladder , 2 nd was Bremaclorin 90 % kill both had serious side effects issues . TLT's 1433 used in this trial is very effective , no serious side effects and they have one even more potent . 2. The FDA has 3 standard hoops for any new drug to leap through . Phase ( hoop ) 1 , does the compound in any way react negatively in humans ? Phase 11 is it effective in killing the disease . Phase 111 how or what can we do to mitigate or eliminate the serious side effects . TLT passed on phase 1 . There were no side effect issues . However something totally unexpected happened . They also got the ?s of phase 11 answered . All cancers in the bladder were killed in all subjects . These results are outstanding . The FDA has said we will have no need for a phase 111 trial saving time and huge expense . If results from phase 11 are like phase 1 in kill % we will get " Fast Tracked " .
