I keep going back to that word - “solid”. What does Biden mean? Solidly on our (my) side? Solid in the sense he’s going to do what he’s told? “Solid” in a sense that the truth is what’s best for me and mine?

The person was “solid” because the investigation of Hunter Biden and the company in question had instantly stopped? It’s a strange, insider-ish use of the word - which in this context means exactly the opposite of its normal use. Joe is corrupt, and doesn’t bother hiding it. He brags about it in public.
