Remember reading around that time an article about some Israeli Intelligence people saying that they were in consultations with the US Intel, and were requested not to share information with the incoming Trump administration, because, for some reason, it couldn’t be trusted with sensitive info. Remember being puzzled about this - if those people don’t trust the President, whom are they going to trust? And if they won’t answer to the Prez, then to whom are they going to answer? In time, it became clear that the above was a lot more than a misunderstanding.
