I was dismayed with Varney this morning about a huge mistake he made and then ran with it on his program.

When the President was answering the Media-Jackals questions on the way in to the U.N., he told them they will be able to see the call to Ukraine transcript.

Varney got that part right, but was blanket reporting it as a promise from the President.

What Varney either didn't hear or missed was the President IMMEDIATELY added the words: "I assume."

HUGE difference.

I tweeted Varney. Hope he or a producer got it.
