Honeybee, I am no expert in this area - just offering an opinion.

I can't recall exactly when I last watched Nana on TV - probably 2-3 months ago.

Her thought process / speech pattern today was flawed, but not as bad as some I have seen in the past. She is still slurring words and that may be due to many causes, including opening her office bar and downing a couple of stiff ones before reading the prompter.

But I couldn't help but notice her face. I am absolutely - 100% positive that she has had more MAJOR work done in the past few months. Honestly, I'm not sure that she is even using Botox anymore.

With the exception of her eyes there is nearly zero movement above her cheekbones. Her eyebrows for instance show virtually zero movement. I believe that her Doctor may have surgically pulled her face up and back toward the top of her head.

My alternate theory is that she may have had a partial (or full) facial transplant. But I don't think that is the case, as it would require many, many months for recuperation and healing. Additionally, those are still in a highly experimental phase and can be very problematic - as has been noted in recent news articles (see below).
