Team Hong Kong has enough capitalist lucre to provide sharply increased public housing supply, and at some juncture shall do so.

Guessing financial engineering, near zero cap rates, lack of buildable land, tight regulations similiar problems in both SF and HK?? BUT SF isn't that vertical yet but HK has such an impressive skyline already puts NYC to shame????? Ben Carson was in SF looking at solutions to housing crisis ....
