Yeah nice summary. Mortgage loan delinquencies post financial crisis vintage 2009-19 as low as ever... Lots of problems in other areas. Am sure corporate defaults as well as auto loans and student loans will be the issues in coming year.

I'm noticing more financial institutions letting property go directly to investors at foreclosure auctions rather than take it back as an REO. Further supports your article..

This isn't a economic cycle that compares to any other. USA probably going to pull rest of world out of recession keep party going for several more years?
