Trump White House goes into a total panic over impeachment, sends out its Ukraine talking points to the Democrats by mistake

It’s not clear who’s running the Trump White House right now, with a half-addled Donald Trump currently in New York, Bill Barr apparently out of the loop, Rudy Giuliani auditioning for a straitjacket, and very few other people remaining in the Trump regime. But whoever is running the show right now is in a complete panic – to the point that they sent out their Ukraine talking points to the wrong political party.
Around lunchtime, the Trump White House sent out some talking points about the Ukraine scandal, which were presumably intended for loyal Republicans and Trump surrogates. But amid their frantic effort to deal with the fallout from the scandal, they accidentally sent the talking points to the Democrats, according to Andrew Desiderio of Politico. Then it somehow got even worse for them. Several minutes after sending out the talking points to the Democrats by mistake, the Trump White House sent an email to all the Democrats who received the information, asking to "recall" the talking points, according to Politico's Kyle Cheney. That's right, someone in the White House thought the Democrats might all be willing to simply give the talking points back, without reading them or publishing them. Predictably, that didn't work. You can find screen shots of the fateful Trump White House talking points here, which Desiderio was kind enough to go ahead and publish, after they were leaked to him. There’s nothing particularly important in these talking points. Instead the real story here is that the Trump White House is in such a complete panic today, it doesn’t even know what it’s doing.
