Of course it will not stay with that mean, evil 0.1% (many of whom give away gobs of money and create oodles of jobs). Like with Social Security, and as you said, the AMT, leftists always move new taxes down to capture the middle class. The middle class is where the real money is that they want because they don't have the power or means to protect themselves like that mean, evil Super Rich.
