"Sanders’ proposal would seize 70% of a billionaire’s assets over a 15-year period." Indeed. And if that 15-year socialist/communist program were ever enacted (God forbid!), I feel quite confident in stating that at least 95% of the 70% would be pissed away, i.e. passed on to the swamp creatures.
