If Trump wins 25% of the black vote, that would be more symbolic than statistically significant.
....really?.....better check again.......very crudely.....about 16.4M blacks voted in 2016. Trump got 8%....assuming similar turnout in 2020.................25% will get him 2.8M more votes or a 5.6M vote swing. Plus, there are higher black percentages in swing states such as Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan...........he'd win every swing state listed which he won before .......probably even Virginia which he lost. ..........I think Virginia, Maine, New Hampshire, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico all now in play.
