"The Case For - And Against - Iomega", IBD front page article.

In case you are wondering about what Jeffery was talking about IBD, IBD carries a front page article in the "Investor's Corner".

Basically:
For - Would Warren Buffett ever invest in Iomega Corp?
That may seems like a preposterous question given the data storage company's meteoric rise and equally steep plunge. But if you take a look at Iomega's long term strategy, it's similar to one of the billionaire investor's core holdings: Gilette Co.
- Joe Besecker of Emerald Research is bullish, estimates pretax margins are more than 50%.
- Besecker thinks Intel's commitments is the most significant.
- "They have the potential to be the storage industry what Intel is to chip and Microsoft to software", Besecker said

Against:
-It's had a chance to beconme standard, and now competition is coming from all over the place said money manager Meyer Berman
- Rival products include the LS-120...can read existing floppies...Mitsumi Electronics, down the road DVD and rewritable CD-ROMS
- One big drawback to the Zip drive is it's not backward compatible

Finally, - "It's still in the early stages of the game." said Todd Bakar of Hambrecht & Quist. "people should not expect this war to be decided in the next six months"

Good Luck

Andre

PS Boy this copying surely takes a lot of time. I have seen people copied an article from another site (e.g. Business Wire)and posted to this thread. Can anybody enlighten me how to do this?? Thanks
