I think he had great vision and guts to take TLT down the road he did toward a possible cancer cure. However, he clearly did not have the skill sets needed to advance the company effectively. Terrible financings, no enhancement of the board's skill sets until forced to by the sanctions brought against him by the OSC. The whole OSC investigation fiasco highlights in great detail RDW's shortcomings, which were egregious. According to him TLT would have been treating cancer patients in 2015/2016 and by now we would be looking toward 50 million in laser business revenues. nuff said.
