The Pres. was right! The CIA has a spy in the WH, who leaked
the "offensive" phone call to the whistleblower.

The IC is spying on this WH and making foreign policy determinations,
rather than just collecting info for policy makers in the Administration.

Why is the CIA involved in domestic spying?
