TWY, the reason why I say that the "25% black vote" is symbolic is because ....yadda yadda no...... the reason why you said it is because you didn't think first.....if you did, you would have said 25% of the black vote would be symbolic of a Trump landslide.........even if all other voting blocks voted as they did in 2016......................the black vote represents 1/4 of all D votes.....get it now??
