well i too skimmed thru the 13D - i'm assuming that the legalese is all boilerplate anyway and has little to add

what i do find interesting and encouraging is the correspondence from HealthMed re: their proposals for marketing of Lidakol and bringing other Lidak technologies to fruition

so what is it that the market doesn't like ?

the NDA doesn't sound like a done deal but it's also not a pipedream or is the NDA not as sure a thing as we are hoping it to be ?

obviously HealthMed's proposals are contingent on the NDA - how much longer until we know it's approval or denial ?
