Steve,

Regarding the licenses, I believe the following is up to date

8 channels (800mhz) Miami, Fort Worth

7 channels New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Phoenix, St. Louis, Tampa, Denver, Ft. Lauderdale

6 channels Los Angeles. Philadelphia, Trenton, Detroit, Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, Baltimore, Pittsburg, Newark, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Memphis, Spokane

5 channels Boston, Washington DC, San Juan, Cleveland, San Fransisco, Oakland, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Buffalo, Tacoma, Seattle, Louisville

4 channels San Diego, San Antonio, Honolulu, Jacksonville, Saginaw, Nashville

they have 3 channels in 12 markets, 2 channels in 24 markets and 1 channel in 44 markets . Applications are still pending with FCC for additional licenses.

Hope this helps.
