There's a poor sap on IHub who apparently lost his money on PTOI. He's smart enough to understand that the CEO, Mr. Heddle, carries blame...although he seems to be giving PTOI's founder a pass on the fraud. That blame directed at the company itself makes that victim smarter than probably 90% of the other longs who are still blaming naked short sellers, market manipulators and evil entities who are supposedly trying to destroy PTOI. The Faithful and Patient only show mild disapproval that the CEO doesn't communicate more.

These penny stock scams are a mess. Victims come rushing in, get all their friends and family to invest and then try to pump the stock and suppress anyone who comes along warning people about the scam. Penny stock victims are their own worst enemies.
