VISIBLE GENETICS INC. Sees Higher 1997 Fourth Quarter, Full Year Revenues

Jan. 22, 1998, Visible Genetics Inc. (Nasdaq:VGINF - news) said it expects to report revenues of approximately $1,250,000 for the fourth quarter of 1997, compared with $820,000 for the year-ago period.

In addition, VGINF expects to report revenues of about $3,000,000 for all of 1997, compared with $980,000 for 1996.
