Why would you expect that news release to move the stock? All it did was list the three biggest public companies in the HIS industry. If one of them were to decide to make an offer for CITA, it would probably be at least a few weeks before such a move was made. Thus it may be a few weeks before we see more upside progress on the stock. y.
