My broker in London runs a fund which sells otm calls and puts
on the FT100. He then covers
when things go wrong (not sure what triggerrs the action),
by either hedging or getting out. His 3 year return looks solid
and unspectacular (comforting). I still have a sneaking feeling
that it is a ticking time bomb. The key is obviously when to
cover. Any thoughts Hans ?
