Gene, correct me if I'm wrong, but can't the market makers make their own market? They can pick any co. at ramdom and start a run. Often buying and selling to other MM's. Once a momentum is created it is triggered on private investors screen, ones that pay for the service. This often creates piggyback effect, others jump on for the ride. Once this momentum stops, its a matter of who can bale the fastest. This is what you witnessed today, In MHO. Gene you played the game well, 42%, not bad. Personally, I was in a dang meeting this morning that lasted an heck of a lot longer then I anticipated. Couldn't get out before the fall. Oh well, at least I didn't have to ride it back down to single digits.
OFF TOPIC Gene, and any others interested, take a look at PUREW, I have ridden it up several times. Its been a great roller. My limit order for 3/16 took today, here goes another 100+% if my luck hasn't gone totally South. Take a peek and let me know what you think.
