I watched half of that video and stopped after he'd spent most of the time discussing the problems of zero gravity with not once mentioning possibilities for creating gravity in space, like centrifugal force. Ridiculous.

I tend to think outside the box on technology endeavors and the problems science can currently solve. Most people don't, they limit themselves to thoughts of existing technology and the limits of what it can do, like the joker in that video.

With advancements in science and AI, and the amount data we have at our disposal growing at least geometrically if not exponentially, problems will be solved faster and inventions will be created most can't imagine today.
