Once again, from our neck of the woods: Fairfax Co. officer suspended after holding driver to be detained by ICE So this guy drives without a license, probably doesn't have car insurance, and is wanted by ICE for failing to attend a deportation hearing. But it's the police officer who gets punished for actually enforcing the law. Last time I checked, officers swore to uphold the law, not any one person. And federal laws supercede state and local laws. It's shit like this that makes officers reluctant to actually do their jobs. It's shit like this that elects Trump. Tenchusatsu
