I was wrong about the rates. I didn't realize our Fed would try to kick the can down the road rather than do what they traditionally did, which was far more responsible. The Fed is now a derelict organization and a drug pusher. They will take us down the path of Japanification of our financial system. That's too bad. So high rates aren't coming. Instead, we'll see low rates for the foreseeable future. Inflation is here to stay, though, in all sorts of things that the Fed ignores but that matter to middle America. Anyway, the game is getting more interesting!
