I'm fond of EPD, Enterprise Products Partnership. It pays a healthy dividend of over 6% and has solid fundamentals and relatively low BETA (0.90). I sleep well with my shares. P/E of 12, Price/Book at 2.5.

I also collect rent from Macquarie Infrastructore (MIC) which pays a 10% yield, has a Price/Book Value of 1.2.
