Skaar,Skaar,Skaar First you win the most post in a day hands down, now flogging that old dead mule again-I don't believe that Laurens or anyone was seeking a judgement (the literal kind) but they/we /I was hoping that with the vast resourses at your disposal you could find out things like information on suits and give a qualified OPINION on the relative merits. You could have had copies of the suits laid on your doorstep, you could have used Hubble to find Pan-I did! Perhaps I am putting too much on you and if so I am sorry. You are right good guys get sued and good guys get screwed by bad guys. Again (flog flog) there might/may have been something to various complaints, a few call by some one skilled and trained at asking questions may have produced something note worthy-perhaps not! You are , of course, right that Zany is getting a lot of calls and if he tells everyone the financials will be out in two weeks of end of month or whatever then I'm sure the number increases for each untruth told. HOWEVER, as I said there are other ways to get news out, PRnewswire, etc. H---they could even publish the financials. G-D I'm a long winded B------ perhaps I missed my calling and should have studied Law-just kidding!! So Gene goes over there at 2 and the lady in the dress is there leaving what does that mean? and perhaps he should have told Baker to show up in a dress-where they may end up it could ease the pain of transition...so to speak
