I hear the going price is about $80,000 to $100,000 and 20% of the stock. In fact -- I can probably hook you up with some folks who have some "ready" shells -- trading as we speak.
Herb obviously wants more for this shell than he will get. Nice ticker, but in the end -- who cares -- it's the BB.
(You can set up your own for a lot less money, but the headaches are plentiful based on what I understand -- getting MMs to carry your stock is not easy and can be "expensive.")
