Jim was just short of turning 65 and living quite an active life. A total shock.

Friends and Family,

It is with the upmost sorrow and sadness, to inform you of my father, James C. Whelpton’s sudden passing on July 18th, 2019. This day will forever be my worst day. He passed peacefully in his beloved area of Northern Michigan. For those of you who cared for Jim, we will keep you informed of events moving forward. Thank you for your heartfelt support during this extremely rough shock.
