taking down the truth to better access the situation

it turns out that the students amongst the crowds and in black-mask are in the majority from 'band-1' schools (tier 1 of three tiers) - the more economically advantaged (under existing and earlier system) households, and encouraged by their teachers (typically teaching in cantonese and not exactly qualified in English, and certainly useless to use-less in mandarin), so I am told, and if so, would mean the less economically advantaged is not in the fight

should such be the case, am sure the communists know what to do, per education by detailing the facts of life to the parents by example of rule of law action.

If the understanding is untrue, then much more interesting.
