Andrew,

Why are you so bullish on IPEC? They have lost $$ every year since '92, except for '95 when they made .02/share. In addition, they are losing mkt share to SFAM and AMAT and have a HUGE D/E, after issuing 100M in debt late last year. That's big $$ even by AMAT standards. Nothing I see appeals to me regarding IPEC. Please enlighten me regarding their prospects going forward. TIA
