Greg, In terms of any class action against Accent, forget it -- Accent itself made a bad deal with the November 1997 investors but committed no fraud and, equally important, Accent does not have sufficient funds to pay for any damages. The group that should be sued and have money, the November 1997 investors, probably owe no duty to investors and consequently could not be held liable. Good luck with your investments.
