Dear Ron, Your intelligent and nicely asked questions deserve some well thought and nicely put answers. I could type in some quick answers now but I would rather defer the responses til Friday night or this weekend when I will be off work and I could gather my thought better. Just to let you know that I jumped in SYNT with a large position this morning at 15 5/8 as I believe it's ready for a good breakout. That tells you that I am not a non-believer of Y2K problems but I prefer companies with good earnings and with clear business plan. Regards, Mike.
