Clam, I agree with everything expect the price target. I still think folks (justified or not) are more nervous about the competitive environment in CIS. I think a reasonable target in a much more choppy overall market is a 30x multiple on calendar 1999 or roughly $36.

I'm hoping for an ugly market tomorrow with clinton and indonesia, it should allow some time to add to positions.
