He was probably an asshole who thought he could threaten people with his gun. Two reasons to think that 1) his actions and 2) his Trump sign. He should be red-flagged and prevented from owning a firearm. He clearly doesn't have the maturity and judgment needed to be responsible gun owner. And of course, the court can decide what his sentence should be for his terroristic threat.
