rdww, PNB could get hot, however the main market is the japs and they are in trouble now. However I think it would be a good idea to accumulate it at this price for a potential price in the $10-15 range if this manganese pans out.That tonnage looks very good, and I have no reason to doubt them. It could be a real sleeper.
Current management should have the carrot and stick approach implemented.
Stick a carrot half way where the sun don't shine and then hit it with a stick, just as an incentive to get in them moving<GG>.
