Herb, I've had Communicator V4.04 for two weeks now. I like it and unlike my old Navigator V3.x (which crashed daily) it has crashed only twice. I estimate I've used it 40 hours. One crash was caused by an e-mail I tried to respond to. It had some garbled symbols attached (that were supposed to be a gif picture). This crash repeated the second time I tried to respond to the e-mail. Had to erase it. I knew the sender, so foul play is not likely. Communicator e-mail has no flag to indicate there is new mail. This is my only complaint. There must be an add-on for that, but I haven't looked for it yet. Gottfried
